Aliment Pvt. Ltd. (“Aliment”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Aliment Pilot mobile application and related services (the “App” or “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data when you register as a Delivery Partner (“Pilot”) or use the App.

Identity & account data: Name, phone number, email address, profile photo.
Verification documents: Government ID, driving licence, vehicle registration (RC), insurance, PUC/POLL, and other documents uploaded for verification.
Location data: Real-time GPS coordinates, route history, pickup and drop coordinates while you are online or fulfilling orders.
Device & usage data: Device identifiers, operating system version, app logs, crash reports, IP address, analytics data, last active timestamp.
Order & transaction data: Order IDs, limited merchant/customer details, earnings, commissions, payment transactions, refunds.
Communications: Messages, call logs (if routed via the App), customer feedback, support tickets.
Optional data: Photos, receipts, and other files you upload voluntarily.
3. How We Collect Data
We collect data:
Directly from you when you register, upload documents, accept or complete orders, contact support, or change settings.
Automatically from your device when you use the App (such as location, device identifiers, and logs).
From third-party service providers such as payment processors, identity verification services, insurance partners, and analytics providers.

We use third-party analytics and crash-reporting tools (such as Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) to improve the App. These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
12. Payments & Financial Data
Third-party payment processors are used for payouts and fee collection. Aliment does not store full payment card details unless required and with your consent.
13. Children
The App is intended for adults only. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If such data is identified, it will be deleted upon request.

Your data may be processed or stored in countries outside your country of residence, including on Google Cloud servers. We take appropriate measures to protect data during international transfers.
